Bumpers First-Generation Transfer Scholarship

Bumpers College First-Generation Transfer Student Scholarship provides an opportunity for incoming first generation transfer students to fund their U of A tuition. In order to apply, transfer students must be fully admitted to the University of Arkansas with a major in Bumpers College and complete a two-step application process. See below for details!

Who can apply: 

• Fully admitted students to the U of A
• First-generation students
• Students who have completed at least 60 hours or received their Associates degree
• Students enrolling in Bumpers College

Requirements: 

• Complete the Bumpers scholarship application through academic works
• A copy of the student’s current official transcript
• Upon receipt of completed application, all eligible applicants will be required to write a personal statement of interest in Bumpers College (any major) as a career choice
