I chose Poultry Science because of the size of the program, family like atmosphere among faculty and students, and the demand for agricultural workers in the industry.
I became an ambassador because I have always been very involved in FFA, my fraternity and previous high school officer positions. I held chapter, district, and area positions in FFA, and I was vice president of my class all throughout high school. Because I was a leader promoting agriculture back home, I wanted to do the same as an ambassador! My career goals are to become a poultry nutritionist for a poultry company. I am involved in the Poultry Science Club and in the Sigma Nu Fraternity.
