Faculty member's colleagues host benefit concert Friends, co-workers and families of military personnel joined to host a benefit concert Aug. 4 for Adam Watkins, son of Susan Watkins, Poultry Science, and Phil Watkins. Adam was injured May 21 in Iraq by an improvised explosive device. Proceeds from the concert will help meet future needs during an extended period of rehabilitation from severe injuries and burns. Poultry Science department head Walter Bottje helped organize the concert, and many students, faculty and staff members participated.
