newsletter for faculty, staff and students September-October 2004 Vol. 30, No. 5 Forestry and Wildlife Field Day A Forestry and Wildlife Field Day will be held at the Livestock and Forestry Branch Experiment Station near Batesville on Saturday, Oct. 30, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Faculty from the Arkansas Forest Resources Center at Monticello, Arkansas Forestry Commission, Arkansas Game and Fish Commission and Cooperative Extension Service will give presentations at field tour stops in the morning. Lunch will be provided by the Ozark Woodland Owners Association, followed by indoor presentations from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Visitors are asked to register in advance at no charge for planning the meal.
