Free 'Food and Health' EU graduate course
There is an opportunity for three University of Arkansas graduate students to participate in a free 2-week graduate course entitled "Food and Health," February 18 - March 3, 2007, in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
All living expenses and teaching materials will be paid by the course organizers. Students will have to pay for round-trip travel to Romania. The course is funded by the European Union commission and organized by the University of Gent, Belgium.
