U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Mike Johanns toured the Poultry Center and visited with Division of Agriculture and College faculty and students prior to a public address in the Law School's E.J. Fayetteville Parks and Recreation Department honors club for restoration of Bryce Davis Park wetlands. CSES honors friends and outstanding alumnus. Josh Allen and Steve Brown of Allen, Inc., and University of Central Oklahoma professor Jim Bidlack. Science Day attracts North Arkansas students. Faculty and graduate students demonstrate applications of scientific principles. Horse Festival raises funds for equine program. Ticket sales for daylong events gross over $20,000.
