Division of Agriculture Field Days
The Division of Agriculture is hosting a number of field days in August featuring a wide variety of research and extension projects of interest to Division stakeholders.
Aug. 1. Turf Field Day. Arkansas Agricultural Research and Extension Center, Fayetteville.
Aug. 8. Rice Research and Extension, Stuttgart
Aug. 14. Arkansas Cattle Grower's Conference, Clark County Fairgrounds, Arkadelphia, sponsored by Southwest Research & Extension Center, Hope.
Aug. 15. Southern Pea Field Day. Vegetable Substation, Alma.
Aug. 16. Pine Tree Branch Station, Colt.
Aug. 23. Northeast Research and Extension, Keiser. Field day and observance of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Northeast Branch Station in 1957 as an expansion of the Alfalfa Substation in Osceola.
Aug. 30. Division faculty and staff will participate in the Judd Hill Field Day at Trumann, which is sponsored by the Judd Hill Foundation.
Sept. 15. Savoy Research Unit. Forestry and Wildlife Field Day by the Arkansas Forest Resources Center. 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
