Indica rice lines released to broaden genetic base. Division and USDA-ARS collaborate on development of three germplasm lines.

American Poultry Hall of Fame inducts James Denton. Professor emeritus and former director of the Division’s Center of Excellence for Poultry Science.

Cartwright named Outstanding Plant Pathologist in region. Extension plant pathologist and state extension leader for Pest Management.
