Alert! ISIS Unavailable, June 30 11:45pm

ISIS will be unavailable from 11:45 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, to 6 a.m. on Wednesday, July 1, during year-end reporting processes. Users who are logged in when the reporting period begins will be logged out.


New Virtual Private Network (VPN) Software

As of November 18th, Junos Pulse has been available as the university’s enterprise virtual private network (VPN) software. VPN provides a secure connection to campus resources for off-campus users. 


This will affect users that connect to U-Drive or Remote Desktop.


The new VPN software replaced Network Connect, which is no longer supported by its vendor, and offers forward compatibility with current operating systems. 


VPN access is available at using a Web browser.

New Wireless Networks 

On Wednesday, July 16, wireless users will no longer have access to UA Secure and UA Wireless and will need to select one of the following: UARK 5G Wi-Fi, UARK 2G Wi-Fi or UARK Guest Wi-Fi.
