Hoeller will present “The Ethical Food Manifesto.” Hoeller is an international business attorney who has been practicing law for 32 years and is currently practicing law in her own law firm in Bentonville. She received her B.A. cum laude in history and government from Colby College and her law degree from Vanderbilt University. Hoeller is the author of three books: Recall, Food and Toy Safety: An American Crisis; Impasse: Border Walls or Welcome the Stranger; and The Ethical Food Manifesto. She will address food safety and other problems in the food industry that she believes are caused by consumers' demand for unrealistically low prices for food. |
