University Housing
* Once you are formally admitted to the University of Arkansas, the Office of Admissions will mail you an application brochure for University Housing. Make sure you return the application card found in the brochure to the University Housing Office with the $15 application fee. Attend Orientation
* New Freshmen and their parents should make plans to attend orientation sessions during the summer. Sessions are held June through August on the U of A campus. At your selected session, you will learn more about life at the U of A, meet with your academic advisor, and register for your fall classes. We recommend you plan to attend the early sessions of orientation.
Begin Classes!
* Move into your new residence hall in August and prepare for the fall semester. Make connections with your fellow students in your classes and through extra-curricular activities. Check into Registered Student Organizations and get involved! Get to know faculty members and your academic advisor in your new Bumpers College and University of Arkansas family.
