Ozarks Farm & Neighbor - Arkansas is a new agricultural publication based in Prairie Grove, Ark., located just 12 miles southwest of Fayetteville. OFN - Arkansas will follow the same format as its parent publication, Ozarks Farm & Neighbor in Lebanon, Mo., which reaches more than 35,000 readers.
Based on our Missouri publication, OFN - Arkansas is expected to initially reach more than 8,500 readers in 16 counties in Northwest Arkansas. Ozark's Farm & Neighbor is published every 3 weeks.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or other field related to the duties and responsibilities of the position is strongly preferred. Familiarity and experience with the agriculture industry is also strongly preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Advertising sales representative must begin building advertising clients in Northwest Arkansas, and maintain communication with advertisers.
Proposed Start Date: As soon as possible.
Salary: Yearly salary with commission. Could make up to $30,000 the first year, with increases in following years. Year-end bonuses possible.
